Engine Coverage

Coverage for outboard, inboard, stern drive, diesel and personal watercraft engines.

New engines
  • Exclusionary coverage available
  • Up to 8-year term options designed to wrap around manufacturer’s engine warranty
  • Deductible options: $50, $100, $250, $500 and 50% reduced deductible if returned to the selling dealer
Pre-owned engines
  • Named component coverage available
  • Up to 5-year term options
  • Deductible options: $100, $250, $500 and 50% reduced deductible if returned to the selling dealer
  • Post-sale deductible: $250

Additional Benefits*

ALL engine and accessory package coverage includes the following additional benefits:

  • Towing: Up to $300 per occurrence
  • Hoist/lift out: Up to $300 per occurrence
  • Pick-up and delivery: Up to $150 per occurrence
  • Dockside assistance: Up to $150 per occurrence
  • Sea trial labor allowance: Up to $100 per occurrence
  • Travel expenses: Up to $150 per day for 3 days
  • Blocking: Up to $250 per occurrence
  • Tear down/accessory access: Up to $500 per occurrence

Optional tire & wheel coverage**
  • Reimbursement for tire and wheel/rim repair or replacement if caused by a road hazard
  • Benefit extended to the tow vehicle while the tow vehicle is in the process of towing boat trailer
  • Up to 8 year term options
  • No deductible
