(Emergency Roadside Assistance must be obtained through contract dispatch)
Up to $75 of coverage per incident for emergency roadside assistance is available for the following:

Towing assistance
Battery assistance (excluding hybrid batteries)
Flat tire assistance (with vehicle’s inflated spare)
Fuel, water or other fluid delivery (excluding the cost of fluids)
Lock-out assistance

We will reimburse up to $35 per day, for a maximum of 7 days per occurrence, for expenses incurred to rent a substitute vehicle from a licensed rental car agency or for public or private commercial transportation including but not limited to ridesharing services, while the vehicle is undergoing a covered repair or covered service.

Your customer must make their own arrangements for substitute transportation.

We will reimburse your customers for expenses incurred for meals and lodging up to $100 per day for a maximum of three days when the vehicle is undergoing a covered repair or covered service due to a mechanical breakdown that has occurred more than 100 miles from your customer's residence and the repair facility keeps the vehicle overnight.

Must make own arrangements for meals and lodging.
